Harvey lived in Alcoa, Tennessee. She was a sculptor in clay and in wood. Harvey told us she was one of only five living visionaries in the United States in 1991.

She said she could close her eyes and see things other couldn’t. Harvey could see “souls” in trees and branches waiting to be unleashed. She had the ability to free these souls. Her work is very powerful.
